Class 5
Hi! Welcome to class 5 – a class full of 6 and 7 year olds.
Our teacher is Miss Francis and she enjoys teaching P.E. and I.C.T.
Year 2 is our last year in the infants. Our classroom is near the hall and is above the library.
We are all really good friends and enjoy going to each others' houses after school or at the weekend. We all really
enjoy reading, and every week we join Class 11 to share books with each other.
At school some of us take part in Sign Language Club and others also enjoy playing football at play times and lunch
times.
Lots of us go to different clubs outside of school such as dancing, swimming, football, twirling, Tae Kwon Do and Rainbows.
Class 6
Hello!
Welcome to our class! There are 23 children in our class and our teacher is Mrs Stephens. There are lots of boys in
our class, and not so many girls. Our classroom is near the hall and is upstairs.
Our favourite lessons at school are singing and art. We also have lots of fun and enjoy doing gymnastics and dance
in P.E.
Outside school we also enjoy going to Beavers, Rainbows, Tae Kwon Do and Horse Riding.
Children in classes 5 and 6 are very fortunate because they have Mrs Trengove and Miss Clark to help them both in
the classroom and with ALS (Additional Literacy Support). All of us really enjoy keyboard lessons, to help us with
the computer, with Miss Clark. We are also really lucky because our classrooms have just been painted – bright yellow!
In between our two classrooms we have a shared area where we can read in the book corner, watch television, listen
to tapes, learn on the computers or take part in the role play activities. |
